American Goldfinch at the seed ball

The American Goldfinch feeding at my seed ball that is filled with black oil sunflower seeds. The Bright colors and the song or these Wild Canaries Are Like no other bird that comes to my feeders they add color and music to the yard.
They are probably one of the easiest birds to attract to the yard just make sure that you offer plenty of clean fresh seed and a water source and you will have no problem keeping them around.

This is the first Video that I took with me new Iview-100cm mini sports cam that I got off ebay for $5.24 including shipping. I am sure it will take me awhile to get this camera down to make some great videos so far it seem like a great camera. Eastern Bluebirds at the watering hole

Video of Bluebirds cooling down in the heat at my birdbath, I clean it out daily. It took a couple of weeks for the birds to get brave enough to start using it. They are still cautious because they know that there is a coopers-hawk that comes around so far I have not seen any signs of the hawk getting any birds at the bath but he has raided nests and has tried to take them of the feeders.It has been about a week since I last see the hawk, it may be that he has left or something happened to him, Because it seem that more birds are starting to show up at my feeders every day right now I have three different feeders out and three hummingbird feeders out and am planning on adding more as the weather here in Kentucky starts to change from Summer to fall. Hopefully I can attract bird that stop by during migration and get some great video. So hope that everyone checks back often because you never know what is going to show up.
